Please arrive 15 minutes before class so we can give you a quick tour, fitted into cycling shoes, and onto your bike.

**For your first ride, we provide you with cycling shoes**

Either rent shoes from us for $2.00 a ride or talk to us about purchasing your own SPD clip in cycling shoes. (All of our shoes were purchased locally through the Bicycle Pedaler, who we highly recommend.)

**For members with unlimited rides, cycling shoes are included.**

**For your first ride, we provide you with FREE cycling shoes**

Wear athletic clothing you feel comfortable in. For shirt, we recommend tank top, t-shirt, or sports bra. We do ask you to wear shorts or form fitting pants. Baggy pants on the bike are a safety risk.

We Ride has 2 unisex shower and changing rooms. Each are stocked with environmentally friendly shampoos/conditioner and body wash.

There are also 2 unisex toilet/changing rooms.

There are toiletries, towels, and hairdryers stocked in each room for our clients' use.

All appointment cancellations need to be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to not be considered a no show. In the event this takes place, the client will lose that session. All bookings require a 2 hour cancellation notice. Late cancels will be subject to a loss of the missed session. Please call us if you have to cancel late (lose a class) and we will try to book you into another ride within the 2 weeks following the missed session. Our VIP, Founders, Unlimited, and Student EFT Unlimited members are charged a fee of $10 for each late cancel or no-show.
